This performance will never be repeated. Mathematically, it is simply impossible. What happened on the S line city bus? What kind of story you learn depends on who is telling it, and how. The creators of Exercises in Style have 99 ways of doing that. Comically or tragically, erotically or maybe over-the-top? The audience and fate will decide which will be chosen this evening. The mastery of style, finesse and wit will make up a unique composition, and the viewers will be treated to a daring, humorous play with language and theatrical conventions. Get on this slightly crazy bus with us, in which we are opening a potential theatre workshop. The performance, directed by Eva Rysová, is a tribute to imagination and diversity. The script is based on Raymond Queneau’s Exercises in Style, a literary experiment which is
iconic in France and inspires artists around the world.
