The play Top Secret Research. New Constructive Ethics by one of the most acclaimed contemporary playwrights, Ivan Vyrypaev, is an extremely intelligent psychological game which can draw one in like a crime riddle. Its characters strive to answer fundamental questions: What is man capable of? Is he a monogamous being? What are the chances for survival of the human species? However, the fate of the world is only a pretext to show our complex nature and confusion in the chaotic reality of the 21st century.

The JK Theatre in Opole has presented at the Kontakt festival Family Situations (2001), Mother Joan of the Angels (2003) and Baal. Seven Aspects of the Baal’s Sense of the World (2007), directed by Marek Fiedor, and Macbeth (2005), directed by Maja Kleczewska.
